Back when I started college, I was going to school full time and I had a full time job as a server at Olive Garden. I had very little spare time and, as you can imagine, my diet was not that great. I generally went straight from class to work, so I ended up grabbing what I could at work during my shift. Over 2 years, I gained 30 pounds without even realizing it. One Halloween, my friends and I got all dressed up and went out, pictures were taken and posted on social media. It was at that point that I realized that I was overweight. I saw myself in those photos and I was embarrassed. I took action. I had seen infomercials for Turbofire on late night TV and I had always wanted to try it out. So I purchased the program and got started. 12 weeks later, between the nutrition plan, daily Shakeology and the workouts, I was down 30 pounds and back to feeling like myself again.
Since that first program, I have been hooked on Beachbody programs! You can do them at home, on your own schedule, with minimal equipment and not much time. These programs have kept me fit for 7 years, and because of the variety of programs available, I never get bored with the workouts. They have something for everyone!

I love Shakeology, I feel terrible when I don’t get my daily dose of dense nutrition. And I love the support and community that comes along with being a coach. Most of all, I love helping people reach their fitness goals and supporting them in living a healthier lifestyle.
